Come and join us in a fully guided bike tour to the driest valley of Nepal, Mustang. With spectacular mountain views, you will be able to witness the culture and tradition of the local people of the Annapurna region. Through the valley of Kathmandu to the valley of Mustang, we will get on a bumpy and windy road through green lush forest and wander off around the hillside to enjoy the best views of the snow-capped mountains and the lakes.

We will start our bike ride from the Kathmandu Valley and get to the lake city of Pokhara. From there, we will get to Tatopani, and then to Muktinath, our last destination for the day. Major attractions for the trek are the Muktinath Temple, Fewa Lake, hot steam bath in Tatopani and beautiful views of the snow-capped peaks. We will also visit UNESCO listed world heritage sites of the Kathmandu Valley. Completion of this trek takes 8-12 or more depending on your schedule.

Detail Itinerary

Day 01Arrival in Kathmandu. Overnight at HotelOne of our representatives will pick you up at the airport and guide you to your hotel room. There, you can freshen up and start preparing for your trek. In the evening, you will be welcomed by the company in a dinner party. There, you will be briefed about the trip as well. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02Ride Kathmandu to Pokhara (200km). Overnight at HotelAfter breakfast, we will check out our bikes and complete some practice rounds. Riding side of the country is in the left side of the lane which is why you are advised to try riding on the left side. We will start our 6 hours long ride to arrive at the lake city of Pokhara. First glimpse of hills, mountains and rivers.Overnight at hotel.

Day 03Pokhara to Tatopani (105km). Overnight at Tea HousePick up your bike in the morning and set off on an uphill ride to the village of Sarangkot for a beautiful mountain view of the world’s 10th highest peak, the Annapurna. We will cross Nepal’s longest suspension bridge to arrive at the village of Tatopani. We will stay there for the night for the famous hotsprings of Tatopani.

Day 04Tatopani to Muktinath (3800m) via Marpha 2680m. Overnight at Tea House Climb up through the world’s highest gorge which is over 8000 meters deep. Experience the amazing and chilling Himalayas along the way. We will be able to see the longest mani wall of the country. After lunch, we will get down the village and again climb up the hill to arrive at the holy place of Muktinath.

Day 05Rest Day. Overnight at Tea HouseToday, we will get up early in the morning and climb up to the temple of Muktinath to run through the 108 water fountains and to be religious enough to pray for wellness and prosperity. After visiting the temple, we will have our breakfast and then we will visit the Jharkot Monastery. Great views of the Dhaulagiri and other snowy peaks can be seen from the temple of Muktinath. Overnight at tea house.

Day 06Muktinath to Tatopani (1210m). Overnight at Tea HouseWe ride along on a downhill track descending towards the village of Marpha, a village famous for its apples. We will taste some Marpha and a range of apples product.Then, we will make our way to the Thakali village of Tukuche. Again, a downhill ride through jeep trails will take us to the hot steam village of Tatopani. A fabulous place to relax our mind and body.Overnight at tea house.

Day 07Tatopani to Pokhara and Bandipur. Overnight at Tea HouseA 30 minutes ride to arrive at the village of Beni. We will ride along the windy road through green lush valleys to arrive at the lake city of Pokhara. From there, we will get to the village of Bandipur, a hilltop settlement and a municipality in Tanahun District, to stay for an overnight stay. Overnihgt at tea house.

Day 08Bandipur to Kathmandu. Overnight at Hotel Last ride in the beautiful country of Nepal today. From the Newari village of Bandipur in the Prithvi Highway; we will start our ride to arrive at the city of temples, Kathmandu, in about 4 to 5 hours. Overnight at hotel.

Day 09Sightseeing in Kathmandu. Overnight at HotelWe will visit some of the UNESCO listed world heritage sites with an experienced guide who will portray historical and important facts about the sites. Back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 10DepartureOur representative will pick you up at the hotel and take you to the international airport. We bid you farewell.
